All done and dusted on our double extension project we’ve worked on over the last year in Cefn Coed!

This has been a challenging build at times but all in all it was a pleasure to see it all come together and to see the finished article!

2 WEEK SHUT DOWN REFURBISHMENT COMPLETE!

We’ve been flat out the last 2 weeks refurbishing the Ground and Second floor of the Theatr Brycheiniog in Brecon!

It was a mammoth task but today we handed the building back over ready for furnishing for their re-opening tomorrow.

Works included:
Full strip out of the ground floor and second floor - ceilings, reception desk, floors, walls etc.

800m2 of Decoration to walls, ceilings and woodwork

500m2 of New Vinyl Tile Flooring

Boarding and Skimming 200m2 of Ceilings

Electrical Works and New Lighting installations

Carpentry Works including new worktops, shelving, partitions and doors

Another job completed in a tight timeframe and to a high standard 👍🏻👌

There was a lot of steel and a lot of stone that went into this one! 😅 we’re well pleased with the outcome!

Gavin and Beth have been brilliant clients and we’re looking forward to making a start on the next phase on the other side of the house 👍🏻

Nice little job carried out over the last few weeks, with the inception of the site being the last week before Christmas, we had a real challenge on our hands to get this floor ready before the deadline.

- Full rip out works
- New oak faced bar installed
- Concrete effect tiles laid as new countertop
- New spotlights installed throughout
- Bespoke drinks lockers installed
- Decorated all existing surfaces approx. 500m2 and skirtings
- Prepare floors and lay new LVT flooring approx 200m2

Just the flooring to go down and a final clean ready for handover on Monday 👍🏻 great work by the team and our subbies!

Removal of existing slabbing and planters✔️
Excavating to reduced levels and stoning up✔️
20m2 concrete base installed✔️
72m2 of EPDM soft playground surfacing installed✔️
15m of V mesh security fencing and gate installed✔️
10m2 of slabbing and path edgings to creat new path✔️
New bespoke timber cabin installed✔️

Structural steel is now all installed and the blockwork is on its way up.
