We carried out an inspection today for a new client, who has been having issues with dampness within their home for the last few years. We popped to the site to inspect and put their minds at ease and have given them a written report on how to go forward in order to resolve their issue.

We are open to weekend appointments as you are all aware and will happily visit site with a same day report.

Do you suspect your home has ?

Here's what you need to know!

*Rising damp will only rise to a maximum height of 1.5m from ground level
*Not all damp within the home is rising damp! Any contractor who tells you otherwise is trying for a fast buck.
*Rising damp usually and typically only occurs in properties that don't have a damp proof course.
*Houses built before 1870 will not have damp proof coursing.
