Making steady progress on a care home conversion project, turning what remained of an old hotel into additional accommodation for five residents.
The finished area will provide each resident with their own living space and facilities, making better use of an existing building and creating much needed additional care provision.
There is a fair bit going on behind the scenes before the nice finishes arrive. Strip out, drainage, floor prep, services, temporary works and all the usual “not very glamorous but quite important” bits.
Great work on site from Prestige Homes, who are working with us on the current phase, as things are starting to take shape.
Great team effort on site, with plenty still to do.
