We are delighted to show the end of our latest big refurbishment on a utility in Merthyr! The customer wanted a more useable clean utility whilst incorporating a downstairs toilet in to the room. Also re-new and relocation of the combi boiler with all new pipework!

We stripped this room back to the bones, full new heating circuit, new ideal boiler with 10 year guarantee, new radiators, studded and insulated the walls, self levelled the floors, new LVT , new wall pannels and ceiling throughout, full re wire and we are happy to hand this back to the customer!

Fully stripped back and sections of floor renewed from a previous leak. All waste and pipework chased to give a seamless finish!
Composite 600x600 grey tile wall boards with composite acoustic pannel feature wall!
The before and after speaks for itself on the difference in this one!

This week marks the completion of another 3 bathroom projects! We can’t thank everyone enough for the continued support and keeping our team busy week in week out!

This customer had been suffering with a leaking en suite shower! It caused significant damage to the walls and floor!

We fully stripped out, re boarded walls and floor, tanked the wet area, new tray, screen, wall pannels in wood acoustic, new shower, LVT flooring, new light fan and mirror light, freshened the basin with new tap and waste and black push button for the toilet!

Over to the customer now for a re paint and this one’s ✅

From an unusable tight space with no toilet and being the only main bathroom, we’ve turned this one right around!

Back to brick, full re plumb, re wire floor to ceiling re-fit all done in house!

Dropped ceiling with a full re plaster!
New window fitted,
Full re wire,
Full first and second fix plumbing
New floors and wall pannels
