The new larger hatch (1.15m x 0.6m) is pine with a three way collapsible built-in ladder with a 26 mm ply hatch which helps below freezing temperatures pe*****te and does not let the warmth from below escape into the loft. It also has a vacuum seal so there is no breeze giving your home the best efficiency (not the cheap aluminium others offer)
Open up your loft and utilising a huge amount of space is certainly something that we all have but don’t take full advantage.
No matter the loft type fink trusses or traditional rafters, hipped or gable style or joists setup this package has you covered we have also factored in the need for a solid timber elevated floor (not cheap plastic props) to make sure your insulation isn’t compromised by packing it down with boards, most standard insulation is 100-200mm. We also elevate the boards on a solid timber frame 10,5” above the floor so we do not disturb any existing wiring or potential plumbing, The main factor is to give the floor additional extra strength this is done by using a wooden structure with 400-495mm centres which will have a sublift from the base of the original ceiling the purpose is to create the right amount of height to let the insulation breath not losing any integrity to your insulation also raises your homes efficiency level 🏡♻️ therefore makes you spend less on your gas & electric ⚡️ saving you shocking prices Over the Winter season 🥶 ⚡️🙌🏽🏡
