A slightly delayed post while taking a breather over the Bank Holiday…

We don’t work for a conventional bank, but we do work with the bank of human kindness, we try to make as many deposits as possible.

We’re incredibly proud that our MD, Alisdair Beveridge, received the .businessmag 🏆 Making a Difference Award, sponsored by .

It truly means a lot, especially knowing how many worthy individuals were nominated. To be recognised among such inspiring people across Teesside is something we don’t take lightly.

Big progress this week for Archie on his last day of work experience week where he has been able to have a flavour of multiple different trades. It’s been a real treat to have such young energy, it’s infectious. Of course a huge part of every Trade is not the doing, it’s the people skills and that’s communicating and getting on with all people. We can all see the potential inside every apprentice. All the best Archie, the door is wide open for you. 🌳🪄🍀⭐️👷

Exciting times ahead as young Archie joins our team for work experience! This fantastic opportunity lets him experience real work life, from daily commutes to diverse colleagues and varied tasks. Importantly, it highlights the importance of interpersonal skills. Fresh perspectives are always welcome, and who knows, we might learn from each other - after all, iron sharpens iron.

Important good news update 🚨📰🗞️Little Benny has made it to Rome ❤️🇮🇹

Benny has officially begun the next stage of his journey—accessing life-changing CAR T-cell treatment for neuroblastoma.

This moment is bigger than words.

It’s the result of an entire community coming together—people who donated, showed up, shared his story, sent messages, and held him in their thoughts and prayers.

Every single act—seen and unseen—has helped get him here.

The first hospital visits have been tough at times, but Benny’s strength shines through… and sometimes all it takes is an ice cream to bring that smile back 🍦💙

Next step: his T-cells will be extracted and sent away for the next 4–6 weeks to be engineered to fight the cancer.

His parents said they could never have reached this point without the support around them—and that says everything.

Let’s keep going. Let’s keep standing by Benny.
