The owners, Arthur and Margaret, and new management team at The Ship Inn - Guisborough, have done an amazing job of relaunching the pub 🍻🥂🍾

Lots of care has been taken in revamping the interior to welcome clientele old and new. We’re very pleased to help them in their journey, gaining planning approval for their new frontage works 😍

Part of Guisborough’s ‘Town Centre Commercial Grant Scheme’, these works improve and revitalise the area, creating an attractive place for businesses, residents, and visitors.

Heritage shopfront upgrade for Ninnys Tea & Cakes on West Road, Loftus ☺️🫖🧁

The existing tired shopfront is replaced with a new traditional hardwood timber shopfront, complete with traditional retractable awnings, iron railings and gates.

Helping to transform Loftus into a modern market town by celebrating the town’s unique heritage and landscape, bringing buildings back to heritage standards, and in turn improving and revitalising the area.

Planning granted for our fourth shopfront renovation as part of Guisborough's ‘Town Centre Commercial Grant Scheme’ 🎉

Kenny at The Heel Bar loves his shopfront, and sought permission for like-for-like shopfront renewal to bring the property up to heritage standards.

Our proposals include a new traditional timber shopfront, a new box bay window to the first storey, new windows to the second storey and new signage to match the historic signage, lifting the external appearance.

We’re incredibly proud to be a part of a project that supports local businesses whilst uplifting the town's rich heritage.

We currently have position available for a temporary labourer for the next couple of months to work within our joinery workshop and on site projects . Must be 16 to 18 years of age . Pay would be at Minimum wage .40-50 hour per week .
