We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our growing double-glazing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who thrives on closing deals and wants uncapped earning potential, with an attractive commission structure.
Key Responsibilities:
· Attending organically sourced leads provided to you
· Self-generating leads from our substantial customer database
· Following up on quotations
· Selling uPVC windows and doors, composite doors, aluminium bi-folding doors & conservatories
· Conducting site visits and approximate measuring for pricing purposes
· Providing customers with quotes on site and in writing, if requested
· Supporting your customer from sale to installation
· Using our large Middlesbrough showroom as your base and hosting customers
· Constantly refreshing product knowledge
Requirements:
· Proven experience in double glazing or home improvement sales
· Strong negotiation and closing skills and a target-driven, company loyal mindset
· Ability to work independently and manage your diary and follow-ups
· Excellent time management and punctuality
· Friendly and personable demeanour
· High level of personal hygiene and smart appearance
· Full UK driving licence and a reliable vehicle are essential
What We Offer:
· Uncapped commission based earning structure

· Use of a substantial existing customer database to help generate your own leads in addition to those provided

Both add beautiful living space to your home, but they're not the same thing.

Here's a quick breakdown:

🪟 Conservatories
Mainly glass - roof and all.

They flood your home with natural light and come in styles like Victorian (that classic curved bay front), Edwardian (square, great for space), and Gable (high ceilings, very contemporary).

Because of the glazed roof, they can feel warm in summer and cool in winter - but modern glazing and roofing options have come a long way!

🧱 Orangeries
Think of an orangery as the middle ground between a conservatory and a full house extension. They have solid walls with large windows, and a flat roof with a lantern light in the centre.

They feel more like a proper room - warmer in winter, cooler in summer - and they tend to blend more seamlessly with the existing brickwork of your home.

So which should you choose?
