We have a number of qualified in house design engineers, each of whom have attended and passed the BFPSA training course for the 2002 edition of BS5839: Part 1; standard and our design team have the BFPSA design diploma. We
also have a team of fully trained engineers available to install and/or commission new systems or repair and maintain existing systems in accordance with local regulations and current British Standards, BS5839-1:2013 and we offer a true 24-hour 365-day call out service. Tees Fire systems also provide a full service for all life safety systems such as Disabled Refuge, Nurse Call, Access Control, Emergency Call Systems, and Emergency Lighting. All our Commissioning and Service Engineers are qualified and have attended all of the recognized manufacturer's courses such as Apollo, Advanced, Hochiki Kentec, Nittan and C-Tec systems including Fire-Air sampling-Disabled Refuge-Call Systems and Wireless fire alarms including Hyfire. We have designed, installed, supplied and commissioned numerous fire alarm systems throughout the UK and we work closely with our local Contractors, Councils, PCT’s and Consultants. We believe by working closely with the client in an honest and open way and by supporting the client’s needs we can build long term relationships which will benefit all parties. We also believe that communication is key to the business and will offer technical support at all times to our clients. As part of our ongoing commitment to both clients and our own workforce we have all recently undertaken a fully recognised First Aid course and also an asbestos awareness course.
