A fantastic day at Wynyard Golf Club Corporate Cup representing the PJS team. ⛳️

Events like these are a great opportunity to step away from site, catch up with clients and industry contacts, build new relationships and enjoy some friendly competition.

A big thank you to Wynyard Golf Club for hosting another excellent event as part of their 30th birthday celebrations. Congratulations on reaching such a fantastic milestone! We’re already looking forward to the next event!

🏗️ Project Update – Wynyard Commercial Units

We’re pleased to have reached another key milestone at our Wynyard Commercial Units project.

With the substructure works now successfully completed, we’ve commenced the superstructure phase as we continue delivering the masonry package on behalf of Applebridge.

It’s great to see the project beginning to take shape, and this progress wouldn’t be possible without the hard work, commitment and attention to quality shown by everyone on site. A huge thank you to our team and all those involved for their continued dedication. 👏

We’re looking forward to seeing the development progress over the coming months and will be sharing further updates along the way.

After another successful year supporting the Developing Futures programme alongside Robertson Homes and East Durham College, our Director Aaron had the privilege of presenting the end-of-year awards to the bricklaying students.

The standard of work and commitment shown by all the students has been outstanding! And we’re delighted to have offered Kane Hall a full apprenticeship. Welcome to the PJS team Kane, we’re excited to have you on board! 👏

If you’re a bricklaying company in the North East looking to recruit apprentices, we highly recommend getting in touch with East Durham College. The talent coming through the programme is a real credit to the college. We’re proud to continue supporting the next generation of skilled tradespeople.

It’s been a little while since our last one, but we’re proud to announce that our Apprentice of the Month for April is Keith Walker 👏
Keith has been part of PJS for almost a year now, starting out as a labourer alongside his father, Steve Walker. A highly respected bricklayer who has been with us for over 25 years. Keith has also taken the initiative to enrol on a bricklaying apprenticeship at Stockton Riverside College and has gone from strength to strength ever since.
A well-deserved recognition, great work Keith! 🙌
And a big thank you as always, to Joseph Parrs for their continued support and voucher donation 🧱
