Major remedial works/storm damage 🌪🔨

⚪️These 4 properties on the seafront were needing replacement tiles every winter, the clients contacted JCNM over a number of years as was an ongoing problem that needed addressing.

⚪️Deteriorating mortar and tiles missing their fixings were being blown from the roof and risked further damage to windows/balustrades below and surrounding areas.

⚪️The 4 clients were advised and decided to strip back approximately 3m of tiling from the front gable-ends, re-tile the areas and mechanically fix in place using 50mm nails and solo clips on every tile.
To replace the mortar verges on each gable-end we used the Tile-R dry verge system which eliminates the need for mortar.
