Another horrendous paint job that the previous painters have just painted over mould and algae growth hoping that would solve the problems However we have managed to correct this by disc and hand sanding all the previous crap paint off filled all the cracks and holes treated all fungicidal growth and mould primed where needed and finished in two coats of the best trade paint.

Customer was tired of looking at the outdated plymouth grey look so.we sanded and filled and patched up the walls that was needed fungicidal washed where it was mouldy and finsihed with trade cornish cream . 😎

A bungalow with green mould all over and worms and wood lice living in the paint work itself have disc sanded it all back and patched up the worst bits treated with a fungicidal wash to prevent future growth and finsihed with 2 coats of the best trade paint from rabarts . 👌

Absolute nightmare load of papering of a very decent quality nordic wallpaper that I did the client was specific in wanting the whole upstairs down the stairs and around into and all down and around the hallway downstairs some of the drops were like mind boggling there' just wasn't a straight corner or basically anything to go off but managed to do it justice the pattern is very busy so it's always looking like there something going on overall very happy customer indeed. 😎

Some decorating that we've done to open the room out and make bigger we dismantled the old fitted wardrobes all holes filled & sanded ceiling painting matt white some of the walls finsihed in a magnolia with 2 feature walls paperd in a quality wallpaper skirting boards finished with diamond matt.

So we built a new decking path to repace the completely rotten one so that the tenants didn't fall through we added some fresh decorative stones to the side aswell as some anti slip strips. 😎

Another seriously overgrown front garden but all sorted maintenance free 40 ml Welsh gree slate. 😎

Another couple of little clearing jobs mainly to keep front of property less maintenance free it's also alot better than sometimes having a load of concrete or slabs as you can have some nice plants also in with the stones there are many different types of decorative stones you can have. most of these jobs are for the same customer and would like same and stones and painting coulours. 😎

We removed all old stones that were filthy and full of soil and w**ds. Ground was prepared and repaired we then added a w**d treatment with a protective barrier added a fresh 1 tonne of 20 ml Welsh green slates and replanted some decorative plants on the borders to add a bit of character should keep this one much less maintenance free for some time. 😎
