Temporary facia gutter and down spout to the rear of the property ready to be removed and replaced when we knock the back off and dash come spring.

A few progress pictures of a full house renovation we are currently on.

The project is now at a stage where we are getting boards on and plaster back on walls and ceiling 👌

The property was taken back to bare brick throughout and now benefits from!!

Full new roof .
New windows and doors .
Knocked off and re dashed .
Full electrical re-wire .
All new plumbing / gas and central heating system with boiler ready to fit .
Chimney breast removed .
New window heads .
Rsj’s carrying the chimney stack .
New stairs and upstairs floors .

Full ree roof on a job in haverigg!

The roof on this house was a sorry state full off moss cracked tiles and about at its end of life.

Due to the effects of water ingress the spars and wall plates had started to rot away.

Roof off and taken away ✅
Wall plate and rotten spars replaced ✅
Felt and battens tick ✅
Re tiled tick ✅
New dry ridge kit ✅
New lead work around the chimney stack ✅
New lead valley ✅

Facia and gutters going on today, chimneys getting prepped for wet dash and the full house is all scratched on ready for some dry weather for wet dash 👌👌

Another huge job starting today.
Full knock off and wet dash. New cills and window heads, re-roof on the back of the property with new gutter facia and dry verge.

+ alterations to the garage.

Chimney breasts removed, steel RSJs are in built to an engineers drawing and passed off by the building inspectors, on a full house renovation.

The property has been knocked back to brick inside and out, , first fix plumbing is in and first fix electrics are under way as well as a new roof, lead work, new windows and fresh dashing to get it water tight for the winter months.

Next step is tanking, stud work , boarding a plastering. In preparation for the new stairs,kitchen and bathroom and wet room 🏡

That’s all the building work complete for now on a job up the lakes. It’s now ready for the stone facing and drive to be laid.

What a job it’s been we have built it all form the ground up, apart from the ground work which was done by JW Plant Solutions Ltd who also passed us the job which we are really great full of.

This one really did have a bit of everything, the eco rend combined with the cedar wood really does give a high end finish especially agains the contrast of dark facias, gutters and soffit,

Inside is now a huge usable area which is plastered out with two pull down loft hatches with ladders to acces a fully insulated and boarded loft space.
