Nothing wrong with the original bathroom but didn’t suit the customers needs. Easy access shower with a custom made built in seat. Tiles were huge! But really stand out with the grey floor and shower tray. Sometimes we get customers that are a little bit awkward ( happens from time to time in every walk of life ) but this customer was absolutely lovely. Really makes a difference when a customer is warm and friendly and always offers a cuppa and cake! Also found out that she shares the same birthday as me so wishing you a very special birthday for tomorrow Michelle and thank you for choosing us to fit your bathroom ❤️
