My customer noticed that the floor was starting to ripple. I suspected a leaking pipe. Using a thermal imaging camera I located the leak. A pass over fitting had split. Unfortunately because of in construction of the floor the water had spread over the whole of the kitchen. I took most of the flooring up so I can dry out. A decision is now to be made, do they remove the units.

This was a kitchen refit and cloak room update. Kitchen floor was made level with levelling compound, new units fitted, LVT flooring laid, new radiators fitted with pipes boxed in.
As Cloakroom was tight for space a combined WC with integrated unit was used. Unlike other units this had hot water and waste to drain rather that going to cistern.

This job was to remove the bath and add a shower. Also replace the basin & move position. LVT on the floor.
