The spray foamed roof the Team completed last month looking great with the scaffold down. Labour of love, but worth it when the client has piece of mind. Ready to go on the market with a brand new roof 👍

Massive transformation on this property. The Team replaced the existing concrete tile roof with a Spanish slate, building three dormas on the front elevation and one on the rear. As well as four velux windows ready for the conversion inside. Bat 🦇 friendly using the correct felt and vents. The roof looks amazing and will last many many years 👌all works under building control

How long does a roof last?

- Always insulate roof to meet building regulations, this will help with energy costs.
