❌ONE OF THE BIGGEST BODGE JOBS EVER❌
The images before we started are from a local “tradesman” (if you can call them that) of a shower install completed in Leysdown.
We had a call from a customer asking us to investigate a “soft” floor. Upon crawling under the caravan we found the floor wet and rotten with mould growing in the bathroom & ensuite.
Having conversations with the client, a local company had installed a shower on top of this rotten floor (they added supports to stop the tray from going through the floor) full aware that it was dangerous and a massive health risk.
The company had even tried to “dry” the floor, but now offered NO GUARANTEE to their work. The shower was installed less than a year ago.
What an utter disgrace! The shower was poorly installed with timber work not screwed to walls, plaster board used, hidden pipework, the list goes on.
We always say to check what guarantees a company gives, get things in writing, check previous work and even visit them at their registered address or workplace to fully check them out.
