Massive Thank you to BASF and Killgerm chemicals for giving me this massive opportunity to visit the BASF factory to see how they produce one of the best selling professional Rodenticides on the market. Only 5 lucky tickets were up for grabs and they don’t usually do factory tours! Includes an overnight stay on the Albert docks in Liverpool..meals and beverages 🥂

Rat infestation at this domestic property, that has been an ongoing job for some time!!
Eventually managed to clear them all out 🐀
This store room had been chosen as one of the nesting areas, having chewed through the plaster board next to a plug socket to gain access.

Unfortunately everything in this room was contaminated and needed to be removed 🚨

A full clean and sanitise was definitely needed with ingress point sealed 👌

To gain entry the Rats had burrowed alongside the external waste pipe. Which put them under the suspended floor of the property, and into the cavity walls. This has now being filled in with concrete.

Seagull Prevention for a nice change today in the Sunshine ☀️ Installing a Seagull Prevention Net.
This client has experienced issues with Seagull’s nesting on the flat roof, and making it impossible for them to enjoy their garden 🏡
A new rubber roof restricted my options with fixings but happy with the outcome!

‼️My Seagull Prevention is limited to flat roofs and bungalows‼️

Serious Drain fault 🤯
Allowing Rats to gain access to this property. This was an easy one to find under the manhole cover. Full camera survey revealed no other faults.

Started a maintenance contract yesterday on Ynys Faelog Island to provide protection for these two stunning holiday lets.
