We have recently been involved with pre-commencement works on a new build development carrying out an archeological survey dig. ⛏️

No artefacts were found but several moats were uncovered! 👀

We liased with the client to ensure we didn’t disrupt their busy delivery schedule and met their every need 🤝

⛏️We were also asked to prep the ground for a re-seed to get a perfect looking lawn 🚜

115m3 of grey gold being laid as part of the sub-structure foundation for this block of apartments 🏠

This project has seen us undertake all sub-structure works along with earthworks 🤝

As extensions go this proved to be a challenge given the intricate detail of the foundations and scale of earthworks 🏠

However the team has made light work of the task in hand and push nearer to completion 😎

Sub-structure Works progressing nicely for a block of new apartments 👷🏻‍♂️

So far we have completed:
formation excavation ✅
Internal ducting and drainage ✅
Compacted and trimmed sub-base✅
Cast Lift shaft pit ✅
Re-Inforced spine wall foundation ✅
Made a start with laying reinforcement fabric✅
Muckshift✅

Working towards one mass pour in the coming weeks 🧱👀
