Finished product of our extension and renovation in Dalhousie street in Monifieth.

A lovely addition to the house creating a spacious sunroom with multiple windows and french doors into the garden. Another sky lantern in the ceiling which is a brilliant feature bringing in loads of extra light. Also creating another bedroom and WC.
Slap through created into the existing kitchen with an internal wall being removed and steel beam fitted to create an open plan kitchen diner.
Kitchen designed and fitted by McManus Knight consisting of Gloss white units with brushed brass accessories with contrasting wall units and a luvanto LVT floor topped of with a lovely marble stone worktop.

Externally finished with a beautiful denfind stone front elevation to fit in with the existing property and street surroundings. Then a stonepack white wet dash render and re render of the existing house to match. Render completed by Duncan Plastering & Roughcasting

Another job finished with a client thats over the moon with a completely different home.

We have been so busy with our current project leading up to Christmas, We can now finally get round to posting the photos of our completed Birkhill project and the end result speaks for itself.

With converting the unused attic space this has now given our clients a huge upstairs floor area starting from a new staircase leading up to a spacious master bedroom with two walk in wardrobes and a beautifully decorated spa like bathroom.

The bathroom has been decorated with stand out brushed brass finishings on the lovely modern wood panel effect wall panels. With dark green vanity units and wall colour theme creating a nice cosy space, followed by white sanitary ware and of course the main feature being the free standing bath🛁

This is our current project we are working at the moment for one of our clients.
A full scale loft conversion with a dorma creating a spacious master bedroom, with two walk in wardrobes and also a bathroom.

Extensive work has been carried out with re joisting the whole loft aswell as re raftering the existing roof. Also fitting multiple flitch beams as well to support new openings, as well as a new steel ridge, then forming the new dorma area. Downstairs multiple walls have came down in order to form a new opening for what is now the staircase leading to the new upstairs.

After this week finishing the plasterboard stage it is now time to start forming the internal walls creating these rooms and moving onto the second fix.

Some before and after photos of our most recent completed project in Carnoustie.

Our clients bought this property with the intention of doing it to be their forever home.Previously It was run down and dated with need of a freshen up. This resulted in a full renovation of the exisiting house as well as a spacious extension onto the rear of the property.

The following works were carried out;
•New UPVC windows and doors all throughout
•Internal walls removed and new ones formed
•New Ensuite and WC
•New Howdens Kitchen
•New Internals Door, Skirtings and facings
•New Boiler and heating system
•New Fuseboard and rewire

An amazing transformation with the before and after pictures working with the clients all the way through making sure the project was exactly how they wanted it and the results speaks for itself.
A pleasure to work with and now time to enjoy the finished product.
