❄️The extremely cold weather we are experiencing could result in your boiler’s condensate pipe freezing, which may mean your boiler stops working.

If it's a Baxi boiler it may show error code E133 or E28.

Don't worry, this is this something you can fix yourself without paying for an engineer to come out.

We have been kitting out our vans with cleaning stations, in line with government guidelines, to help us keep you and our engineers as safe as possible

CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

We are closely monitoring the evolving situation, and we will make any changes to our processes necessary to protect ourselves and our customers.

Engineers showing any symptoms of the Coronavirus will be self-isolating and following government advice.
Engineers have been asked not to shake hands with customers.
Bacteria resistant latex gloves are being used by our engineers within customers' homes to avoid the transfer of germs.
Engineers are using anti-bacterial wet-wipes to clean hands and tools between latex glove changes.
Engineers have been issued surgical face masks and will use these if they feel it is necessary to protect themselves and will be worn at the customer's request.
