Hi all we are coming to the end of a very interesting job . It's been a real pleasure to work down by the river after all the damage cause in the spring floods . So different to the last spring . With the floods . You would never thought it is the same devil .

We've not quite finished here yet but here's what we've been up to .

Stamped concrete flag stone imitation
A waterproof tanking system
New block walls and render
New bathroom . Shower / toilet and hand built vanity unit . With tadalakt marble effect polished plaster . ( still finishing )
Hand made doors
The building has had a rewire
The walls have been lime washed so stone can breath .
New lpg boiler and central heating system
Soundproofing in the ceilings and replasterboarded and freshly plastered ceilings .

Hi all thought I'd give an update of our latest project. We are repairing flood damage to a property on the wye river. It's a very interesting project with a few curve balls . After removing all previous renders and concrete slab from the floor we've installed a new waterproof tanking system and a coloured concrete stamped finish that looks like flag stones and had a total rewire . . Next job new internal block walls with a rendered finish and venisian plastering in the new bathroom before new bathroom and boiler are installed . If anyone is intrested in any of my services please feel free to contact me .

Just finished Friday. Old fire place remodeled and new flue liner to take new wood burner and a repaint to freshen up .
