Completion day in Inverbervie for this exterior 🏡. A lot of work on this one. Sanding down flaking wood stain touching up all bare wood to darken down the blend in more with the rest, then giving everything 2 coats of wood stain. The front door, garage door and gate were given 3 coats of exterior paint in anthracite grey. Some difference 🪄 ✨.

Another one ☝️. The last of the park homes for this year. Today was a tough one working in that heat but got the job finished. Wish I took before photos of this one, the transformation was absolutely brilliant. Inverbervie next week to start a large external job 🏠 👩‍🎨

Park home 2 of 3 completed today. More work on this one with the walls being much rougher texture. Also end brickwork picked out in a different colour as well as all coping stones and metal work given 2 coats of paint 🎨. Onto the next one tomorrow 🧑‍🎨

A few wet days this week meant going inside to get a few rooms done. Walls filled, sanded and given 2 coats of paint in this kitchen and dining room in Inverbervie. Back outside today working on the first park home of the year. Hopefully we get the ☀️ back again.

The latest exterior job we have completed. A lot of scraping and sanding of old flaking paint before any paintbrushes were dipped into paint that’s for sure. Never mind the transformation was well worth it. Brought this stunning old house back to life 😍.

Bussssssy week! Wednesday seen the completion of a full bungalow in Brechin (which I forgot to take photos of 🫠). Thursday was spent doing some minor prep work on this extension then giving the wooden windows and doors 2 coats of wood stain. Then finally onto this fence which I absolutely hate doing but hey, someone has to do it….. right 🙈😂. Finally feel like I’m getting somewhere with this exterior job list, hopefully this weather continues 🤞.

Finally a full week of no rain (through the day) 🙌. Actually crazy that in the last 50 days, we have had 33 days it has rained 😐 so yeah behind schedule is an understatement. Still have a couple of outside jobs that were missed last year due to weather to get done first then will get onto my list of jobs for this year. Fingers crossed for nice weather for the next 2 months 🤞😅.
