Customer had water coming in old cast iron skylight, as you see with pictures it was cracked. Stripped tiles and replaced with a universal skylight. Tiled back in to suit skylight.

Flat roof replaced in Montrose. Layed down 25mm insulation board and then nailed down osb boarding. Fitted flashings to suit roof. Changed the down pipe on roof so rain water wasn't running through house,instead water on the outside with downpipe. Completed roof in a fibre glass system with a grey top coat to finish.

Roof replaced at Hillside. Customer had a major leak at the valley. Valley was flat and water had been running into property,but as you see with pictures sarken and joists were rotten. Stripped roof right back to old joists. Replaced rotten joists then sarked the roof. Nailed down a breathable felt and fitted new zinc valleys. Slated roof in a cupa heavy 3 slate and renewed ridge to finish.

Sheds tided up in Montrose.Fire had damaged 4 of the Sheds. Stripped roof including joists. Renewed joists,nailed down new sarken board.Felted roof in a breathable felt. Fixed on new facia board and hung new guttering. Slated roof in cupa heavy 3 slate renewing cast iron skylight. Replaced flat roof in a fibre glass system with a grey top coat to finish. Fitted fashing over tabling at top.

Flat roof replaced at Hillside. Roof was renewed 2 years ago but wasn't installed correctly, that's why flashing buckled,no side skews at the side. Stripped slates, removed fibre glass roof,fixed down new osb boarding,fitted zinc side skews then stapled down flashings to suit roof. Completed roof in a fibre glass system with a grey top coat to finish. Slated roof back in properly.

Customer had water coming in his garage and has tried several times to seal so asked us in to re sheet roof. Erected scaffold, removed old side flashings and top flashings. Screwed 2x2 on top of old roof and into purlins. Fitted a new box profile (juniper green) sheeting system with flashings all around to suit roof.
