When you get a phone call from an old work mate, “I could do with a few shelves making.” Go and have a look and it turns out it’s a full bookshop! “Oh and we’d like a tree making”.

The whole teams done an amazing job with this one, our biggest manufacturing job with over 75 sheets of hidro mdf and over 300 meters of Italian lime. 25 meters of floor to ceiling book shelving.

As well as the shelving there is the reception desk with shelving space for the printer and drawer space. Finished in the same colour and Walnut worktops, an addition to the shelving is a ladder making it easier to get to the higher shelves.

And probably the biggest challenge yet, a tree! I was given the brief, we’d like a tree in the kids corner, sent a few images of the idea they’d like. Numerous head scratches later a tree was grown.

✨ Another stunning staircase transformation completed this week! ✨

Our team removed the old staircase and reduced the landing space to create a wider, more open stairway. The new staircase is crafted entirely from beautiful oak, finished with two coats of Osmo oil for a rich, long-lasting sheen.

We also built a new under-stairs cupboard, making the most of the space while keeping everything looking clean and seamless.

The look is completed with sleek black metal spindles, giving a perfect blend of modern and timeless style.

Throwback Thursday 🔨
Looking back at this beautiful oak staircase I fitted a couple of years ago. A classic quarter landing design with stop chamfer spindles and newel posts — simple, solid, and full of character.
I still love how the flight runs through the wall before rising up to the floor above — a nice bit of architectural detail that really sets it apart.

🚪 Custom-Made Softwood Doors — Designed, Built & Fitted by Us!

Here’s a look at one of our latest installs — beautiful softwood timber doors, all bespoke-made in our workshop to suit the space perfectly.

Each door is finished with black antique T-hinges and Suffolk latches, giving them that classic, traditional feel while keeping a clean, natural finish.

An Acoyya gate made in the workshop, helping to restrict the draft round the corner of the house. Finished in a sickens stain, with black ironmongery to complete the look.

A recent reception desk for a local dentist practice , it was a good challenge for Jonno in the workshop to which he’s accomplished magnificently. Really pleased with the outcome. Mdf frame sprayed in a brilliant white with walnut shelves and worktops finished in a poly lacquer for extra durability.
