We're really excited to share some photos from our project at York Designer Outlet which has just achieved Practical Completion!

A big thank you to NG Bailey for their assistance throughout, and to all our staff and sub-contractors for working hard to get this over the line.

This was a challenging project at times, but we're proud of the work we've produced (and just in time for the busy Christmas shopping period!).

We are delighted to announce that Phil Howe has been promoted to the newly created role of Associate Contracts Director.

Phil will continue the management of our live projects and will now be tasked with helping to oversee the company's business strategies and development.

The final delivery from The Senator Group to Opera North yesterday using the Leeds Grand Theatre’s widely admired lorry lift.

The StructEco will now move onto the restaurant project in the Leeds Grand Theatre.

***New Contract Award***

The StructEco team are thrilled to announce that we will be designing and building multiple residential buildings including new build, conversion and refurbishment at the former school and cricket ground in Humbleton.

Contract value of £1m over 28 weeks beginning in mid-October.

We're delighted to be able to use our experience and expertise to help children and young adults in the local community.
