Floors all lifted and ready for the underfloor heating survey tomorrow afternoon 🙌🏻

Stripout is 90% complete, can't wait to start putting this 1 back together.

On another note, banging tune reminds me of the old majestic unders back in the day, kidding on he was a door man 🤣

Herringbone lvt flooring completed today in Hamilton.
Skirtings off, fully screeded, then oak lvt herrinbone layed, skirtings back on top.

Decoration work has been completed on 1 of my recent projects,
Knocked away the partition under the stairs on this job to open it up and installed some paneling with an led strip light, customer also had an standard stainless extractor above the island and wanted it to be more of a feature so I stripped it out and built this drop ceiling effect with the integrated extractor with led striplights, some wood work done around the stair area too.
Looks good ? I think so 👌🏻

Under stair feature wall done, striped out the under stair partition to open this space up, also done a drop ceiling and some other work in this property, photos to follow after the decoration has been complete. Thanks Sharon and Bill for the work again.
