Three years ago this week 👏

Taylor started his apprenticeship with Murray Landscapes after initially joining us for four weeks of summer work.

Three years on, it’s great to look back and see how far he’s come.

Plenty of learning, development and hard work along the way and now he’s approaching the final stages of his apprenticeship.

Summer hedge cutting season is well underway 🌿

Over the coming weeks our team will maintain miles of hedging across housing developments, commercial sites and public spaces throughout Central Scotland.

Every hedge is cut with the same focus on consistency, presentation and attention to detail.

It’s one of our busiest times of year, with early starts and the occasional weekend shift helping us keep standards high.

Today we officially received our North Lanarkshire Employer Charter Gold Award, becoming the 100th organisation to achieve this recognition.

This award isn’t just about policies or accreditation it’s about our people. It recognises our commitment to creating opportunities, investing in our team and building a workplace we’re all proud to be part of.

To celebrate the milestone we created a bespoke ‘100’ floral display using reclaimed timber from previous landscaping projects, reflecting our passion for sustainability and creativity.

A huge thank you to North Lanarkshire Council, the Lord Provost and most importantly our incredible team.

This achievement belongs to every one of you.

This award recognises where we are today. What excites us most is where we’re going next….

Sunshine. Colour. Beautiful spaces.

The recent spell of warm weather has brought landscapes to life and we’ve been busy adding seasonal planting and hanging baskets to create outdoor spaces that people can enjoy all summer long.

Great planting doesn’t just add colour it brings life, supports biodiversity and transforms how a space feels.

Here’s hoping the sunshine stays with us for a while yet. 🐝
