Underfloor heating combined with flat panel radiators. Powered by a 50kw oil boiler also heating the indoor swimming pool. Mains pressure unvented hot water running the 4 bathrooms.
Heritage sanitary ware throughout.

New build Air Source Heat Pump installation at Rocombe. Using a Mitsubushi Eco Dan, 300 litre buffer tank & 300 litre unvented hot water cylinder. Provides heat & hot water for main house & separate holiday let above attached garage.
