This was a very challenging single ply roof! Took us 8 days to

Strip old roof back to timbers
Form new run on the perimeter
Ply the surface and upstand
Install (VCL)
Install 300mm insulation
Single ply finish

ALWITRA (single ply)

STAGE 3 🔥

Once we had finished the pitched roof works we moved on to the flat roof areas using Alwitra (single ply membrane). The old roof structure was taking back to main beams on roof allowing us to install new declivities for our run on the roof, new 18mm ply, vapour control layer (VCL), 2 layers of 150mm insulation then single ply on top.
Stage 4 will have the whole process of the single ply.
