Today at the A&E Controls offices, we are provisioning over 150 LoRaWan TRV heads and Door Open/Close sensors ready to be installed in a Care Home with more than 30 self-contained apartments. The benefits that this will give our client are:

I’m very proud of this guy. The person in the photo is my brother, Craig Eadie. He has raised so much for charity over the years but this is his biggest challenge to date. He’s doing the Tour de France, the complete route, one week ahead of the professionals.

To put that into context, that’s 3404km, 56,000m of climbing and 21 stages/days with 2 rest days.

That’s cycling up Mount Everest 6.5 times!

He’s already completed nearly 1000km since Saturday and he’s doing really well.

So why is he doing this mammoth task? He is part of a small team trying to raise £1m for Leukaemia Research. What a guy!

We've completed another BMS Controls Retrofit, so we've planted trees for Dance Base!

This week at A&E Controls, we've been working with Dance Base, Scotland’s National Centre for Dance. We've retrofitted their BMS Control Panels with Delta controllers and worked with their staff to ensure a comfortable and energy efficient environment for their staff and customers.

We feel our company already makes a positive impact, reducing energy costs and carbon footprints in our clients’ buildings by installing highly efficient BMS Controls systems. However, we also need to offset the products that we use and our own CO2 output generated in completing these tasks. To offset our installation works at Dance Base, we've planted trees effectively offsetting 4 Tonnes of CO2.

By committing to plant more trees for every installation that we carry out as a business, we hope to leave the planet in a better state for our future generations, whilst encouraging others to join us on our journey.

Adrian Eadie has left the building.

Adrian served his last day with the company yesterday after 10 years service.

Together, Adrian and his fiancé Lauren are off to Canada in search of new adventures. We’d all like to wish them the very best of luck in their travels.

This week, we’ve planted 120 trees, off setting 6.25 tonnes of carbon!

At A&E Controls we take our corporate responsibility seriously and want to grow and develop in a sustainable fashion according to the Sustainable Development Goals as set out by the United Nations.
We feel our company already makes a positive impact, reducing energy costs and carbon footprints in our clients’ buildings by installing highly efficient BMS Controls systems.

This month, we’ve made some positive changes to further reduce the negative effect buildings have on the environment and off-set our own carbon footprint by investing in trees and forests around the world.
