🎵⚡ Hard graft, tight deadlines, and a cracking playlist - that's how we roll at Portcullis.

The Portcullis team wrapping up a major mains upgrade at Mickley Hall, just outside Nantwich - and this one required some serious teamwork.

With the site still fully operational throughout - running workshops, cafes, a shooting range, and residential tenants all needing power - there was zero margin for error.

Every stage had to be carefully planned and executed to keep the whole site moving without disruption.

The lads put in the hours, kept the standards high, and apparently kept the morale even higher with a solid 90s soundtrack in the background. 🕺

We wouldn't have it any other way.

🌞 Another solar install completed - this time in Stoke!

We added a full solar and battery storage system for an OAPs home in Stoke, and the numbers speak for themselves.

On a good day this system generates enough electricity to:

✅ Power the entire building
✅ Fully charge the battery storage
✅ Sell the surplus back to the grid

That means the homeowner could be looking at zero energy bills - and actually getting paid by their energy supplier instead.
