A quick update on what we’ve been up to lately! 👷🏼‍♂️

We have a small extension in Shavington now built and watertight ready for 1st fix of plumbing and electrics, before we return to knock through into the existing property and plaster throughout! 🏡🧱

We are also at the end of week 2 on another big job in Sandbach. This particular project involves a 7x3 single storey rear extension, a 3x2 porch extension on the front, 45sqm of natural stone landscaping and removal of the exisiting rear wall to create one large open plan space. Which will then have underfloor heating throughout, new kitchen and utility room, the same stone tiled kitchen floor and the list just goes on! 🤩😆

Going to be a huge transformation this one so keep an eye out over the next few months to see how we do it! 💪🏼

Here’s a job we completed a couple of weeks ago in Haslington, which we can share the photos of now fully furnished! 🛋️

The existing open staircase in the living room was divided into a separate hallway with a partition wall. Ripping off the existing flat roof and extending on the bay window created a new pitched roof across the whole lot, add in the new flush framed anthracite bay window with matching windows upstairs changes the aesthetic from outside massively! 🤩

We’re over the moon with how this looks and thankyou to Tim and Chloe for the hospitality ☕️🍩

A french connection 🇫🇷 🧑‍🍳

We have just finished the final touches on this full kitchen renovation in Crewe. The clients French origin was a key part to the detail in the finishes which include the tiled skirting boards and the separate utility/prep area.

The entire kitchen and utilty room was taken back to brick, re-wired with new plumbing, underfloor heating throughout, re-plastered with a new tiled floor before fitting the kitchen supplied by Magnet.

Fifth week just completed on this extension in Wistaston and we are watertight ready for the internal work to begin! 🏠🪟

We have some alterations to do inside to create a downstairs shower room, then we will plaster throughout, tile the entire floor area, fit the kitchen, fit the bathroom, all in time for Christmas….. easy 💪🏼🫣

Proud to finally share this recently completed renovation — a personal project I’ve spent the entire summer pouring all my time, skill, and attention into. I couldn’t have done it without Chris and all the other trades who have helped along the way.

Here is a job we completed a couple of weeks ago in Ravensmoor, which I have the pleasure of sharing now fully decorated! 🎨

A very nice but very dysfunctional downstairs shower room (without a sink or toilet 🫣) was not getting enough use so we were asked us to remove it and turn the space into a more useful boot room 🧑‍🌾 With hinged benches providing that extra bit of storage for those mucky boots 🥾

Many thanks to Briggs Bathrooms & Tiling for the quarry tiling and Josh at Nantwich Renovations for building the benches! 🤝

I’ve been waiting patiently to post this, and now I can! Really chuffed to say this stunning extension is now complete ✔️ Just in time for my summer holiday 😅

Windows are in, patios are laid, walls are plastered, and the worlds fanciest bin store is built! Please take a moment to have a flick through these photos 🙏🏼

This job has been an absolute pleasure to work on, thanks to everyone who has helped along the way! Thanks to the amazing couple for their hospitality and for that reason I will be back! 😂

We will be back to 2nd fix joinery once the decorator, tiler, plumbers and electricians have done their thing, but for now, it’s a wrap ✅ 🏡 👷🏼‍♂️

We’re at the end of week 5 on this extension and we have a roof! 🏡🙌🏼 Couple of finishing touches needed, painting of the exposed rafters but almost ready to start tiling 🗽

Been a successful first week on a new extension in Shavington, the weather stayed dry just long enough to get the footings concreted.

50 tonne of earth removed and we can now make a start getting this beauty built 🤩

Looking forward to this one ☀️🏡 🧱
