Important update from June, my working hours will be Monday to Friday 7:30-7:45am - 2:45pm, with very limited Saturday appointments due to family commitments as discussed with each individual weekend appointment.
As I work 1-to-1 and solo, please make sure you’re dropping off and collecting your dogs at the agreed times so I can stay on schedule for everyone. It's not fair when I have to push people back.
To keep your dog’s coat healthy and manageable, please book grooms regularly
6-8 weeks for fluffy coats
10/12 weeks for short coats or clip-offs
(I can help you choose what is best for each individually).
I’m usually booked at least 2 weeks so I highly recommend booking your next appointment or even a couple ahead to avoid disappointment. I can happily book you right through to Christmas that's what many have done.
Please note that overdue, matted or heavily knotted coats will incur an additional charge from £10 due to the extra time and wear on equipment. In severe cases, appointments may need to be cancelled if I haven’t been informed beforehand.
