Ladies and gentlemen, im writing this post as I can sense some frustration amoungst some of our customers, and I totally get it.
I am trying my best to keep you all updated with start dates, I know we are running around 4 weeks behind at the moment with this weather we have been blessed with to start the year and even new start dates I am giving are being set back.
I do apologise for the inconvenience and
I can imagine this is frustrating for you all that are waiting on us, but please understand how frustrating it is for us as well.
We have never had a start to a year like this and believe me we are working hard, pulling late shifts, weekends, and working jobs inbetween jobs to try and get caught up and get to you all as quickly as possible.
I will not compromise our quality and standard of work by risking doing things we shouldn't in questionable weather, or rushing to finish projects when they all deserve the time and care that they would normally get, as well as risking my tools and health. Please remember that the reason you decided to go with us is because of that care and quality of work that we produce.
If you are booked in and a deposit has been paid then rest assured we have not forgotten about you, we are simply delayed and battling against the Welsh Weather.
Deposits are non refundable and dates are not set in stone, both of which you would have been made aware of before deciding to go ahead with us.
I ask that you please be patient with us, we are worth the wait and working extremely hard to get caught up.
Please feel free to message me for updates and I will do my best to give them as accurate as I possibly can, but for those who are waiting you will be informed of a start date a few days prior to us starting the work.
We are human beings ladies and gents not machines but hopefully the weather is taking a turn for the better and we can get caught up and get to all you lovely people asap :)
