✔️removed the dividing load bearing wall to open up kitchen and dinning room
✔️installed new steel beam
✔️altered all electrics and plumbing works to suite new kitchen layout
✔️fully plastered the kitchen and utility room and few other ceilings in the property
✔️ installed new benchmarxs kitchen with quarts worktops and Belfast sink
✔️installed new oak doors throught the property
✔️installed new sliding doors
✔️installed new skirtings and architraves in the kitchen and utility area

A big job we completed a few weeks back
The customer had no use for the garage and was mostly used as a dumping ground so we converted into a spacious playroom and study room.
On this job we...
✔️removed exsiting garage and pvc door
✔️raised exsiting floor with dpm, insulation and timber floor
✔️blocked up existing door ways to suite new windows
✔️installed new aco drains to take the flow of water from the drive
✔️studded all the walls with treated timber, breathable membrane and insulate with celotex insulation
✔️leveled ceiling off at 2.4m heigh and insulated
✔️installed new lighting and sockets
✔️ built dividing stud wall with door opening
✔️installed 2 new windows
✔️plasterboarded and plaster 2 full room
✔️ knock though to create new door way to existing living room
✔️ supply and install 4 new cottage style oak doors 2 solid and 2 glazed
✔️ installed 2 new radiators
✔️ new skirtings, architraves and window cill boards
✔️ dashed the block work to match existing house finish

Like always this full project was arranged start to finish by us using qualified local trades people and suppliers in the community so again one less job for the customers to worry about

Take a look at this stunning wren kitchen we completed back last year.

✔️ Full rip out of the old kitchen, floor and wall covering
✔️ adjusted the plumbing and electrics to suite new kitchen layout
✔️ Prepared and plastered all the walls
✔️ Prepared, tiled and grouted the floor
✔️ Installed wren shaker style kitchen with laminate oak work tops and splash backs

All the work carried out on this job was all arranged by us so there's no need for the customer to look around for other trades making less hassle and easier for them.
By having good relationship with other qualified trades people in the local community we can carry out most jobs from start to finish.
