Developers and Phi Architects Stockport received awards from LABC Building Excellence Awards 2025 and the Sustainable Building Awards at the FMB Yorkshire. Furthermore passivhaus certification was achieved. Buildakit’s design team planned and carefully considered all aspects of energy efficiency and air tightness when designing for the passivhaus standard.
