💧 Wet room completed over in clitheroe for a elder couple that was in two minds of moving into a bungalow as they was struggling getting up and down the stairs to use the toilet and facilities .

We extended the out building at the back of their property and raised the roof with a new flat roof and installed a new bathroom window with a white Krend finish ⚪️

⭐️ Job we recently completed over in Clayten Lee Moores at the Martholme Grange.

⚪️ All new render to the outbuilding covering way over 200 sqm of White K Rend scraped finish giving the full out building a brand new look with extras such as..

•New Gutters and down pipes.

• Re Built a section of the brickwork on the front of the property we was rendering due to being very loose when we was chipping the old render off and tied brickwork into existing blockwork to maintain strength.

🔨 We also did a full Re nail at the back of the property using the same tile on a large roof leaving the customer over the moon.

•New facias and soffits on each side .

•New 150mm gutters.
