𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗪𝗢𝗪! 😍

The precision and forward planning that’s gone into achieving this tile finish is incredible. Our tiler, Fletch, and bathroom installer, Greg, have done an outstanding job, the attention to detail really speaks for itself!

This bathroom isn’t quite finished yet, but we couldn’t wait until completion to give the team a well-deserved shout-out for the work so far.

This is part of a major refurbishment of a three-storey home, with many of our engineers involved throughout the project. The work has included:

🔹 Four bathrooms
🔹 Underfloor heating
🔹 New radiators
🔹 A new Worcester 8000 boiler system

It’s been a real team effort, and every single person involved has done a fantastic job.

We’ll share the finished photos once the whole project is complete, but for now, we think this craftsmanship deserves its moment! 👌

𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝘆
Following a significant, long-term water leak beneath the bath, this Bournemouth property required extensive remedial works after the leak caused severe damage to the bathroom floor, floor joists and surrounding structure.

The existing bathroom was stripped out, including the damaged flooring and joists, before the property was left to dry with a dehumidifier thoroughly ahead of the refurbishment.

With the bathroom requiring complete reconstruction, the homeowners took the opportunity to redesign the space. Working closely with them, our in-house designer reconfigured the layout to create a more spacious, practical, and modern bathroom that better suited their needs.

Our installation team completed the project, which included replacing the damaged floor joists and flooring, repositioning the toilet to suit the new layout, installing new plasterboard and plastering throughout, electrics, fitting the new sanitaryware and bathroom furniture, and completing the wall and floor tiling.

With this being the property's only bathroom, our engineers took every precaution to keep the toilet operational throughout the works, ensuring the homeowners experienced as little disruption as possible.

The result is a stylish, modern bathroom that not only restores the property following extensive water damage but also provides a more spacious and practical room for everyday use.

All sanitaryware, furniture, tiles and flooring were supplied by Coastal Bathrooms in New Milton.
