Site Plan for a new build cottage in Bournemouth.
On a small site everything has to serve a distinct purpose and fit together logically. Building size & position, light, privacy, outdoor space, parking & access, renewables and some small environmental enhancements.

Incredible transformation 🤩
We’ve seen some projects with amazing transformations recently. This clifftop apartment has been extended beyond recognition. It’s gone from small loft room with little daylight or views to a huge flexible space with panoramic views of the coast and across to the Isle of Wight.

We achieved planning consent in this sensitive cliff top location within the Green Belt at the first attempt.
Improved energy efficiency with high levels of insulation & air source heat pump.

We're extremely pleased to have gained planning permission for this modern extension design with first floor balcony.
It came up against some opposition, but we successfully negotiated with the planning department and with some minor adjustments managed to achieve it all whilst still maintaining the desired privacy.
Giving stunning views across to the Isle-of-Wight, the balcony will be such a great addition to the property.
The extension will be clad in charred timber which provides a natural contemporary look.
