Another new project starting today in Barton on Sea 👷‍♂️

We’re giving this living room a complete makeover, including:

✅ New down lighting to the ceiling
✅ Wall-mounted TV with concealed cabling
✅ Electrical alterations throughout the bungalow

We’ve also arranged:

🎨 Re-boarding and plastering of the ceiling
🎨 Full redecoration of the living room and an additional bedroom

New project starting today 🛠

This is one of our great clients with whom we have carried out multiple jobs with over a number of years. We worked with them last year to disconnect some supplies and create a temporary structure to house the incoming 3-phase electricity supply whilst the building was demolished and re-built.

We have already mounted 12 x 450 watt solar panels on the roof last year to allow the scaffolding to be dropped, and upon completion of the electrical installation we will be installing a 3.6kw inverter and 5kw battery.🔋🌞

Upon completion of the er****on of the new building, the 3 phase electricity supply and distribution board was re-mounted and put back into service.

This new building is going to consist of multiple offices, a training room, staff room, kitchen and toilets.

At LSB, we’re big believers in training and supporting the next generation of electricians through work experience placements and apprenticeships.

Developing young talent is a vital part of our business and the future of our industry.

Here’s our second-year apprentice, Ollie, testing a small distribution board that he installed today as part of a garden office installation in Lyndhurst, fully wired and safely connected to the mains supply at the house.

A great example of hands-on learning and real-world responsibility under proper supervision.

Update from our luxury residential project currently underway in the New Forest.

The property is undergoing a full back-to-brick refurbishment and a complete rewire from top to bottom, bringing the entire electrical infrastructure up to modern standards.

Once complete, the home will feature a state-of-the-art music system and a dedicated home cinema room, delivering a premium entertainment experience throughout the property.

We have also just been instructed on an additional contract for the full rewire and refurbishment of a large detached outbuilding, which is being converted into self-contained accommodation and a private home gym.

Further progress updates and completion photos coming in the future.

We were recently instructed by Barton Golf Club to install new lighting to illuminate the lake area.

The installation includes two 100W LED floodlights fitted with dusk-to-dawn sensors and timer controls, providing efficient, automatic operation and consistent evening illumination.

The result is a beautifully lit lake that creates a fantastic view from the recently renovated clubhouse once the sun has set, enhancing the overall atmosphere for members and guests.
