How old is your “FUSE BOX” when did you last have it checked or have your electrical installation tested??
House fires can often be caused by old or poorly maintained electrical installations.
You get your boiler checked, tested and serviced every year…yes???

Why would you not have your ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION tested once every 5 years.
