Second visit to this property, rats in the loft via wall cavity, so today I filled the gaps around the soil pipes with concrete and proofed the gaps around the rain water pipes, you can see the grease marks on the pipe where the rats are regularly going in to the cavity.1 young rat in a trap in loft and rodenticide all taken.
That crawl space was accessed by ladder through a drain cover in neighbouring garden.
Some builders just dont realise where and what rats can get through!

So todays jobs 3 wasp nest, 1st was tricky I couldn't see the entry point but the trusty butler shouted directions from the other side of the roof, 2nd straight forward, 3rd was in a loft where gas fitters were waiting for access, I kid you not it was like doing the Krypton factor! (If you know what the Krypton factor was congratulations you're old too!)
Then a mouse job and a rat job to finish the day 😁
If you have a pest problem and the A -Team (we all watched it!) isnt there to blow the house up give me a call on 07961927975 ( no explosives required)

2/10 UPDATE Been back there this morning, all rodenticide eaten, there was a slither of fur in a trap, his/her friends or family had it for dinner...
Rebated all rat holes, this is not going to be solved by pest control alone but fixing the drains will

A property i have been to previously with rat issue advised repairs were needed and a drain survey. Nothing has been repaired and so the rats are back or were they just ignored by temporary residents?
