So the bad news for this week is that my Instagram was hacked! I can't recover it - they have changed all the personal details and changed the account name. I was "MarksWorkbench", but I can't reuse it evidently, so am now "Marks_Workbench". I really am angry about this, I have lost circa 1600 followers, all of my posts and years of work.
