Fran & Lou Painters & Decorators We are a decorating duo working in and around the Newbury area. We have over 16 years experience in the trade. We are clean and tidy and provide free quotes.

We can work around people's busy lives, children and pets. We are a female decorating duo who, 11 years ago, left our jobs working in Human Resources and Sales to renovate a 19th century property that we split in to two apartments. Doing this over a period of 9 months we gained myriad skills in the decorating field and after decorating our new apartments and some friends and family houses too deci

ded to take our new skills and start our own business

We now have over 10 years of experience and have worked on a multitude of different projects including a 16th century pub (inside and out), a villa in Spain, grand country houses, summer houses, offices and of course enough bedrooms, kitchens and living rooms to make your head spin.
