Modular access ramps Our modular ramp system is a metal modular ramp solution.

A specialist construction company offering helical piling, structural masonry repair and modular building solutions including access ramps, steps and platforms. We work for private clients and businesses as well as public organisations. We can offer design, manufacture and site deployment of our solutions using both in-house and sub-contracted personnel. Our helical piling system, QuadraPile, is suited to sites which need piling near trees, have limited access, trees with TPOs, It can be used to provide foundations for extensions, foundations for garden rooms, foundations for modular buildings and various other uses. Our system is generally suited to projects where a requirement for helical piles, screw piles or mini piles has been identified as well as providing an alternative to digging deep concrete foundations. We also provide access solutions in the form of ramps, platforms and steps for both public and private buildings. Primarily used to provide accessible routes for disabled users, it can be installed as a permanent or temporary access solution. We offer survey design, supply and installtion of access ramps for private houses, commercial buildings and public buildings. We've installed school access ramps, hospital access ramps as well as home access ramps. The modular construction side of our business ranges from providing helical pile foundations for modular buildings supplied by others through to providing fully finished modular extensions. We offer bespoke modular extensions for particular projects. Primarily aimed at housing association and council properties. We work on one-off and multiple property projects providing modular extensions for residents including disabled extensions and those funded by DFGs (Disabled Facilities Grants).

🏡 Masonry Reinforcement for a Barn Conversion in Hampshire

Converting an existing barn into a home can present significant structural challenges, particularly where the building has already experienced movement.

For this project in Hampshire, extensive refurbishment and new openings were planned, but substantial structural movement first needed to be addressed.

Working with the project engineer, QuadraBuild installed a masonry reinforcement scheme to strengthen the existing walls, stitch cracks and tie the masonry together.

The reinforcement also improved the walls' ability to accommodate small amounts of ongoing foundation movement, avoiding the need for extensive foundation upgrading works.

With the structural repairs completed, the main contractor was able to progress with the planned conversion.

A recent project in London to stabilise the foundations of a large wall alongside a public footpath.

Holes were cored through the existing concrete, allowing QuadraPile helical piles to be installed and then grouted into place.

The works were completed ahead of schedule, with no additional charges.

Recently took a trip to Warwick Castle and had the chance to see the raised walkway and restaurant extension built on top of our helical piles, completed in 2024.

It's always rewarding to revisit a project once it's finished and in use. Great to see the structure blending seamlessly into the landscape and performing exactly as intended.

Another little piling job completed this morning: 8 piles plus steel beams installed for The King's Foundation Curious Garden at The RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2026 - designed by Frances Tophill and being installed by The Landscaping Consultants.

We're pleased to be involved in another garden at Chelsea, especially with these great people and involvement from Alan Titchmarsh and David Beckham.

All ready for installation of a beautiful timber building on top - we can't wait to see it in place.

🚧 Tight Access? No Problem.
We recently installed QuadraPile helical pile foundations and steel beams for a large extension on a site with restricted access and numerous underground services.

Next up: beam & block floor, followed by a timber-frame structure with stone cladding.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve surveyed numerous properties showing substantial cracking and structural movement—some shifting significant amounts in a very short time.
