First project of 2026 completed!!!

Despite the dreadful weather, we’ve managed to get this job across the finish line.

We designed this patio area to be a much more usable space.

Retaining wall was constructed using Raj Indian sandstone walling with the main paving to match using Vintage Raj sandstone.

We also installed a new concrete base on which the client is planning to build his own outdoor kitchen.

We’re all really pleased with the end result!!

In September we had the opportunity to put the finishing touches to a massive building project by Definitive Design & Build Ltd
We were asked to prepare 800m2 of ground ready for new turf to be laid.
This is the end result.
We’re so pleased with how this project has turned out.
Thanks to Rivar Sand and Gravel LTD for suppling topsoil and turf.

A return to our clients in Hannington to complete the next phases of their project 👍

We started by lifting the existing patio and relaying with new textured paving. The old paving was used to create a pathway alongside the house.

We excavated the lawn and reshaped the beds before laying new turf.
We created a low maintenance seating area with a small fire pit in the corner of the garden, overlooking the neighbouring farmland.

On the other side of the property we installed a new soakaway to take storm water from the garage roof. At the end of the pathway we installed more paving for new water butts and a base for a new shed.

The driveway has been extended to create a new turning area. The entire driveway was scraped off and refreshed with new gravel with two small speed ramps and a new block paved apron. A small bin store was installed towards the end of the driveway.

Our clients existing limestone patio needed refreshing - all joints were ground out before patio was power washed and then joints were repointed.

New fencing installed around the garden using half round posts, rails and chicken wire.
