New fire door blanks in to old frames .. pain in the arse at times but also there is something so satisfying when all the gaps are perfect and you step back to admire it …nice job for a Friday and now ready for the bank holiday with the family 💪

After fitting the the 5 new oak holdenby doors from it was time to fit the new flooring ..and if I do say so my self it looks absolutely stunning ..it compliments the new doors perfectly

5 holdenby oak doors from fitted with Garda Matt black handles and black hinges ..the black against the oak really adds a bit of class ...next job is the flooring throughout to be fitted which is going to look brilliant 🤩

Knocking up stairs 💪
Working at the workshop I started at all them years ago making stairs ..from setting them up in the stair press to knocking the wedges in, glueing up the blocks to sending the nails home with the air compressor nail gun ..to think I started doing this when I was 15 seems crazy been out on site and numerous other jobs since but nice to dip back in to this now and then ..felt nice being back in a workshop HMS staircases in stoke on Trent is the place to get your stairs and stair components 🔨
