Little video of a house JUST finished.
Sorry we haven't got a before and after with this house renovation, I can safely say - It's been 1 of the looooonngggest jobs we've been on.🤦
We started this early December and then had to come away due to the upstairs windows and front bay being replaced.
An after thought, but so glad we didn't skim them walls.
Went down stairs to start that and then the entrance floor came up because it was damp. Left again.
Spent most of the time waiting for other trades to pull their fingers out.
Now, windows in floor down.
Time to crack on.
Finished. Yesterday. 💪👍

Today's job.
Bathroom overhaul after Mr DIY had a play. Previous owner.
Small bathroom which had a paramount wall removed from the master bedrooms en suite.
Which made that smaller making a bigger main bathroom.
1 wall had some plasterboard. Stuck on WITH TILE ADHESIVE?!!!!
Then plasterboard fixings to stop it from moving.??
Wow!!!
So, removed, done properly, over boarded the ceiling.skimmed complete.

Today's job completed..
We were called in to original do a small conservatory insulated ceiling but the customer asked us to take a look at a small section of the wall which has perished.
Turns out, the outside membrane has failed and allowing damp through. (Ground level is 3ft above dpc mind you)
So, we had to knock the rest of the wall off. Do a tanking job to prevent any further damp passing.
Then re plasterboard the wall and skim it. Along the the ceiling we originally went to do.
Re fitted the new skirting board and radiator, re filled the radiator and then topped the central heating up.
Happy days.
