A huge transformation on this boundary 👌

The old fence had become tired, rotten and heavily hidden behind years of overgrown greenery. Before the new fence could go in, the whole area needed a harsh cut back, removing and reducing the unwanted growth that had become far larger than the client wanted.

Once everything was opened up, the old fencing was removed and replaced with this premium walnut composite fencing, supplied by Dino Decking

The walnut finish gives the garden a much cleaner, more modern look, while the composite boards provide a durable, low-maintenance alternative to traditional timber.

A massive difference from where we started — cleaner lines, a much smarter boundary and a finish that completely changes the feel of the space.

🚗 From Forgotten Driveway to a Fresh, Modern Space 🚗

A complete transformation of this once-forgotten driveway, turning a tired and underused area into something clean, modern and practical for the client.

The aim was to completely refresh the space while improving its overall usability and giving the front of the property a much smarter, more contemporary finish.

A massive improvement from where we started, creating a driveway that not only looks the part but is built to be enjoyed and used for years to come.

Sometimes, taking a bit of pride in where you live goes a long way. 🌿

This patch of grass is supposed to be maintained by the estate grounds team, but it has been left looking untidy and overgrown for far too long. Yes, the grass is dead from the recent hot weather, but that doesn’t mean it has to look neglected.

While I’m waiting for my van to be fixed, I had some spare time, so I decided to take the initiative and tidy it up myself. A quick cut and clean-up has made such a difference, proving that even dry grass can look neat and well cared for.

It’s amazing what a little effort can do. Hopefully it encourages everyone to take pride in keeping our community looking its best. 💪🌱

🚧 New Project Underway — Day 1 Complete 🚧

A highly productive first day on site with some great progress made 💪

We started by carefully removing and stacking all the existing blocks, ready for the client’s friend to collect and reuse ♻️

From there, we excavated down around 230mm to achieve the correct depth — giving us the space required for all the necessary base materials to ensure a strong, level, and high-quality finish.

All waste was efficiently removed by grab wagon, before spreading the remaining Type 1 and tracking it in with the digger to begin the compaction process.

Over 3 years later and still looking incredible 🔨✨

A look back at this beautifully crafted floating deck, completed over 3 years ago — a great example of how quality materials and proper installation stand the test of time.

The foundation of this project was built using a heavy-duty pressure treated 6x2 timber frame, creating a strong, durable structure while maintaining that clean floating deck appearance. Every stage was carefully planned and installed to provide a solid base built for longevity.

Finished with a stunning picture-framed Millboard decking surface, delivering a premium, contemporary finish with realistic wood-grain detail and a clean framed edge that really sets the space apart.

A much-needed patio rescue completed 👊

This section of the patio had completely sunk due to an insufficient installation, leaving it uneven and in need of proper support.

Following the existing pattern, we lifted the area, dug down to the correct depth, installed a retaining wall for stability, and rebuilt it the right way — with the correct amount of Type 1 sub-base, finished with a full mortar bed to give the slabs the solid foundation they should have had from the start.

The area is now ready for the client to jet wash and repoint to bring the finish back to life ✨

Ideally we would have loved to restore the entire patio to this standard, but it wasn’t feasible for the client at this time. Even a small repair done properly can make a huge difference 💪

What was once an overgrown, unusable garden has been completely transformed into a clean, calming outdoor escape for our client to relax and enjoy.

We cleared the space, brought structure back with a fresh pathway, created a beautiful decked seating area, installed new fencing, and finished it off with a lush green lawn — turning this compact garden into its very own mini tranquil landscape 🏡🌱

Proof that no space is too small to become somewhere special.

We’ve given this property a clean new look by installing a beautiful post and rail fence all the way down the side 🙌

Not only does it create a clear boundary, but it also adds a natural, timeless feel that complements the surroundings perfectly 🌿 The new fencing opens up the space while still keeping everything neat, secure, and well-defined.

Out with the old Staffordshire Pink gravel and in with a fresh new patio transformation 🙌

This project was all about working with what was already there and making it shine. The entire layout has been carefully centred around the existing pergola, creating a balanced and inviting space that feels intentional from every angle. We’ve also kept and incorporated the reclaimed block edging and original pathway, tying the whole design together while keeping that bit of character and history.

All materials for this install were supplied by Emerys Building Merchants, and a big shoutout to A1 Skip Hire for keeping the site clear and running smoothly.

A clean, functional upgrade that completely changes how the space can be enjoyed 🌿
